• Pickup is at a specific address, multiple pickup locations could require an addition fee.
  This can be at a residential location or business.
• We recommend arrival at the airport 2 hours prior to a domestic flight departure and 3
  prior to an international flight departure.
• We will track return trips. We are not responsible for flight delays, held baggage delays,
  or other delays related to airport operations. Any delayed trip greater than 3 hours
  could results in modified accommodations.

We understand sometimes life gets in the way of our adventure, which is why Chicago Safaris has a 72-hour cancellation policy in order to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded but be applied to future service.
