Our Story
My name is Seyi Arokoyo, and I am the founder and owner/operator of Chicago Safaris,
based in Northwest Indiana, just outside of Chicago. Although my journey hasn't been
traditional, I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset. I first ran an online thrift store in
college, a trailblazing effort back in 2002, and later operated a sports academy focused on
youth soccer training. After several years in the food and service industry, I ventured into
education, serving as a high school mathematics teacher after earning my MSc from Quincy
University. Currently, I serve as an executive within a retail organization while still fulfilling
my passion by running Chicago Safaris. Throughout my adventures, I've always valued
relationships and found my purpose in serving others.
As an avid traveler, I have spent the past few years exploring and immersing myself in
various domestic and international destinations to build the vision of Chicago Safaris, a one-
stop shop for creating memorable experiences. From private cottages in Lake Geneva to
off-road jeep tours in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, from the beaches and flavors of
Barcelona, Spain, to the stunning landscapes of Lake Como, Italy, each adventure has
taught me valuable lessons that shape the foundation of Chicago Safaris.
OUR FLEET
We operate our tours and shuttle services with a fleet of Mercedes Benz Sprinters.
With several different models and styles, these are luxurious vans that are above
the rest in its class. All of our Sprinter vans comes with TVs and DVD Players, in-
transit WIFI Hot Spot, booming sound systems, and finally, enough space for our
valued clients and guests.
